How to protect yourself and others from COVID-19?

The basic rules for wearing masks are presented below:

β€’ In case you do not belong to one of the risk groups, wear a cloth mask. This is especially important when it is impossible to maintain a safe distance, in particular in closed and poorly ventilated crowded places.

you are over 60 years old;

you are caring for an ill family member.
